Purchase and delivery conditions
Conditions The following conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) at Sannegården’s Pizzeria and Sannegården’s Kebab authorized restaurants , hereinafter referred to as ” Sannegården’s Pizzeria ”, ”us” or ”we” on the Sannegården’s Pizzeria website, telephone or via the order form in the Directory (commonly referred to as the “Site”). Food Butik Sweden AB (organization number 559221-7391) is a platform provider for online payments and technical IT services (hereinafter referred to as ”Food Butik”).
The prices The
prices stated on the website are stated incl. VAT . The prices are always in the ”checkout” before purchase, where both VAT and shipping costs are shown.
The information registered with us by following the rules for GDPR: Name, address, contact persons, e-mail, telephone number and delivery addresses. We can have a guarantee commitment with you for the work we have done. If you wish, you can request a register extract from us to see what information we have saved about you. We are obliged to correct information that is incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

Personal data is protected against external violations. You have the right to be informed, once per calendar year, about your personal data being processed by you, regardless of how it was collected. If you would like such information, please submit a written request to us. The request must be sent by registered letter, and cannot be sent by e-mail. The request is sent to our address below.
If your personal information is processed in violation of the Personal Data Act, you have the right to request that your personal data be corrected, blocked or deleted. Your personal information may not be processed for direct marketing if you object to such processing. You have the right to withdraw consent to process personal data at any time.
As a customer with us, you may receive e-mail related to your order, payment or other communication you initiated, as well as information, newsletters or offers about our customer relations. Third party emails or goods or services not directly related to our business are not available. With automatic sending, you can easily unregister as a customer via the link in the email. This can be done without you needing a login or similar as a customer.
We undertake not to disclose or sell personal information we collect from our customers. We only collect the information we need to process your order and the information is only used by ourselves and the partners we use to complete the purchase.
In order for us to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we need to share some of your personal data with Klarna, such as contact and order information, so that Klarna can assess whether you can be offered their payment methods and to tailor the payment methods for you.

At Sannegarden’s branded branches , you can order the products via our website. We also sell our products directly over the counter in our store at ”Sannegårdens Pizzeria” . Some products have a minimum order quantity. Some of the products displayed on the webshop may not be in stock, in which case the purchase amount will be returned.
On the website, you can choose between several different payment methods. Choose the method and delivery method that suits you best when you reach the checkout before confirming your purchase. Minors (under 18) may not make any purchases without parental approval. Food Butik bank accounts are used for all online payments as a platform provider.
Secure payment solutions Your personal data, card number and password will not be stored. FoodButik may, in exceptional circumstances, ask the bank to confirm the order verbally. In this case, your bank will contact you from the information stored in the bank and ask you to confirm your order. Make sure your personal information registered with your bank is up to date so your bank can reach you.
For security reasons, please ensure that your registered phone number is correct, your number and email address will be used for information about your order.
Klarna’s payment options:
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Pay within 14 days: Payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The conditions for paying within 14 days can be found here .
- Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay in installments for their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total used credit amount or in accordance with the conditions approved at the checkout. Sannegårdens Pizzeria provides a delivery service for a certain area for a certain fee. The delivery service fee varies depending on the distance and the fee is determined before payment. If an ordered item is backlisted, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time to approve a later delivery or cancel the order.
We take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost when goods are delivered to you. If the product is lost or if you notice that the shipment is damaged in transit, please report this to our customer service 031220079
of withdrawal If you want to use the right of withdrawal, send us a clear message that you will cancel your purchase (for example a letter sent by mail or e-mail). It should be clearly stated who is the sender and the right of withdrawal. Send the message to our customer service at email@example.com
In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, you will be obliged to send us your notice of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry date has expired.
We use the same reimbursement payment method you used for the first business event, unless you expressly wish otherwise. The refund will not cost you anything.
You must pay the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
complaints In order for a defect to be covered by the right to complaint, it must be original, that is, there has been a defect in the product from the beginning. In the event of a complaint, it is you as the consumer who must prove and make it probable that the defect was present in the product from the beginning. In the case of disputes where the buyer is a private person, we have a policy of always following the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN). Disputes between two or more parties are usually settled in Swedish courts.
The store is exempt from sanction for failure to fulfill certain obligations in this agreement if the fault is due to extenuating circumstances as described below and the circumstance hinders, prevents or delays enforcement. Such extenuating circumstance shall be considered b. a government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor dispute, blockade, strike, terror, fire or flood, sabotage or accident to a greater extent. Force majeure also includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.
